In Sept I went to US Realty records to check one minor property in Florida. The charge was stated as less than $2.00. When my credit card statement became available there was a charge of $19.95. Since that statement there have been 4 more charges of $19.95 each month for a total of $99.75. I dispute each of these charges. I have tried to call US Realty Records but as of this date I have been unable to get an actual person. Consequently I hv gone thru my bank and had the charges stopped. I would never use this cite again and would recommend that no one else use it. I certainly was not made aware that by checking on one property I was signing up for a monthly fee forever. I consider this a fraudulent act.
