I ordered 2 Red Wing LED night lights from this company on 10/26/16. It is a company that caters to sports team clothing and other fan objects. My credit card was promptly debited this amount. I never received my order and have sent countless emails and made multiple phone calls to this company's customer service department, begging for information. My invoice is on their site a"nd is marked "paid" and tracking is always "unfulfilled. Same thing today. I have NEVER received any response from them. I even begged to just talk to a supervisor. I have included my order number (30035), phone number and email on each of my futile attempts to reach customer support. And, yes, they do NOT answer the phone. "Just leave a message" , which is never returned. I would NEVER recommend this company. At this point, I just want to cancel the order and have my funds credited back to my card.
