I am not familiar with computer transactions.
I was advised by Amazon to check my credit score.
I did this and did not know that your company was going to charge me. In fact I was going under the impression that the government said that the first credit check was free.
So I submit my request and that was that. until I get my bank statement that shows your charge. As you said in your report to me that I did not cancel in time.
I did not ever know I was involved with you until I received my statement. I really feel I was snookered and at 78 that is hard to take.
