Beware. The rental protection agency is out to scam money out of both tenants and landlords. In order to submit a complaint you need to pay. The cost for someone to respond to complaint is $89. The website asks for your credit card information to cover this charge. They appear to be a private organization looking to make money off of bitter tenants who are fooled into handing over money to this website to publish one-sided complaints about landlords. Any complaints that have a lease agreement should be taken to court to be resolved in a proper fashion not through a private organization that publishes complaints and full names on their website. Please be cautious with this so called 'rental protection agency' they appear to be very money motivated.
