Received Free samples on Nov. 4 with no return address or phone number. There wasn't an itemized receipt. I was charged $99.15 for this "free sample". Again on Nov 15 I received another shipment again with no address or contact information. I have finially made contact with this company by information I found on the enternet. They have agreed to give me a 50% discount (because of the time lapse) and said the will credit my account. By the way.....the company name is "Live Younger and the phone number is (844) 574-5182
