They Broke intomy computer and said I have been hacked,They ran pages of numbers and offered to fix it for nothing. They said they were part of apple They then sold me a contract and insisted I pay them $199.00, claiming to have fixed the problem.I first agreed to pay but was told by family that that was a scam .I canceled the payment. On the 19th of Nov I received a call from them threatening me if I don't pay. They have found out my address and threatened to damage my computer,Apple said they sell you a service you don't need.Clearly a scam
