I joined coursehero.com to get some assistance with my graduate degree courses. Yesterday, I posted a question to a so called "tutor" that I NEEDED help with, and they responded with an incomplete answer, and then refused to respond to my attempts to get it completed. The deadline I set was 11pm yesterday, and I realized at 11:30 that they had not replied at all, but it was too late to contact Support by that time. So, the only option I had was to Flag a Moderator, which turned out to be a wasted effort because all that does is get you redirected to a FAQ page....
The FAQs were of no help to me at all, and I still NEEDED my question answered, so I tried to contact the "tutor" directly. Unfortunately, the only way to do that was to ask another question and pay more for it. Also, the deadline for an answer was not able to be set anywhere near reasonable, and HAD to be 4am, which would be too late for me.
So, I was forced to cancel my membership, and have now been ripped off by this HORRID website.
STAY AWAY from these scam artists!!
