I ordered two slim fit panties on Oct. 29, 2016. It was billed to my credit card on Oct. 31 and I was told my order had been shipped on Oct. 31. It is now Nov. 16 and I have not received any thing. I have e-mailed them twice and there has been no answer. I have called their phone numerous times and keep getting a busy signal. What do I do now?
