The money isn't the problem. I won't miss $9.99. The problem is I was surprised to receive an email that thanked me for subscribing. I wasn't aware I was buying a subscription. I thought it was a one time fix your drivers thing. For that reason I cancelled as soon as I knew and asked for a refund.

Instead of giving me a refund or telling me they don't refund amounts already paid, they sent an email saying "They felt I didn't get the right driver support item or perhaps I didn't know how it worked."

This really made me mad. I had asked for a refund, I didn't ask for help - I had stated clearly the reason I wanted a refund was they scammed me into a subscription without my knowledge.

Their further instructions were to ask for a refund AGAIN. Which I did and then was told, they don't give refunds for amounts already paid. THIS IS NONSENSE. IT WAS JUST A PLOY TO TRY TO GET ME BACK INTO THE SUBSCRIPTION OR TO DRAG OUT THE PROCESS SO THEY COULD DEBIT ANOTHER MONTH'S FEES. Ridiculous...scammy scummy company.
