No money lost, but the very fact they have such a convoluted and customer-hostile method of asking even a simple pre-sales question makes me seriously hesitant to do business with them. Especially since, as soon as you go through all the trouble of *trying* to fill out their customer "service" form, it comes back with an obnoxious message that you have to use the proper customer service link provided to customers. What? I haven't bought anything from them, so how could I have a customer account? After that wasted time, it's certain I never *will* be a customer of theirs either.
