I ordered a Marlboro 100's box of cigarettes, sent a Western Union payment to China payable to Kai Chen. Payment was picked up 11-01-16 and I still have not received the cigarettes. I check on the order status and it still shows as pending. I keep sending emails and they don't replay. Their promise is to ship cigarettes within 72 hours.
