I have a "used -wise' practically new Helen of Troy Revlon hair dryer. I use it only for travel which I do once or twice a year. I have short hair so it takes about 5 minutes to do.
On a trip this last week, I took it out to use it and the handle would not stay straight when opened. It kept slamming shut but I could not find anything wrong with it. It worked the day before I left on my trip.
What caused this particular problem? Thank you for your help.It cost $50.00 so was not cheap.
