I contaced the company was told that over 5,000 checks are waiting to be mailedI . to to customers requesting a refund. I have spoken to other company reps with the same results, No checks are being sent. this is a scam using the U>S> Postal service to continue this pratice. I would appreciate any help. I have all the documentation if you need it
