So it seems this company is linked to the Trainline company - I book tickets a lot through them. On checkout - A YEAR AGO - it flashed up the Complete Save box where it must have checked the £20 cashback offer. This then entered me into a trial period - which I was unaware of - NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM THE COMPLETE SAVE! Then, £15 has been taken from my account ever since - £180 later - admittedly I should have checked this company much sooner as I order a lot online. To make matters even more dodgy - my debit card has expired in this time period - but they STILL know your new card details!!!
They need to be stopped and the TRAINLINE need to sort their act out. BE AWARE PEOPLE!
