We ordered a pair of skechers tone up fun flaps and when the box arrived it was a pair of cheap bright pink, healed sandles. I had an email confirming the transaction was successful providing merchant numbers, order numbers telephone numbers, email addresses' and a fax number.
I tried the email but have had no response; I've called the number but they were 'duff numbers' so I'm going to write this £40.05 off as a lesson learnt.
I am struggling with the fact that they sent some shoes afterall and keep hoping that this is my mistake and they will repsond but it's been around 5 days now and nothing.
