This website used to be half way dependable. There have always been a lot of women scammers on it, but when I joined more than 2 years ago at least they had an anti scam policy. Those days are gone. Now, they will not listen to any legitimate complaint. Customer service does nothing more than stonewall. If you are persistent with your complaints, they will take vengeance. In my case, they have manipulated my account so that I can not pay for new credits, effectively making the site useless to me. Even though I am still a member in good standing, I can not communicate with any members thru any of their platforms. This is the way they treat someone who they have made A LOT of money off of. Just think how they would treat someone who they haven't! I am a real member, in fact my customer no. is CM37987158. I have given them numerous chances to make my situation right, but all I have received are emails from support about how sorry they are, but the payment system is working correctly. I have Time Warner cable which is very dependable, and multiple computers. So the problem is not on my end. As soon I click on the payment button it says "connection has timed out." This is how they get rid of members who file complaints. In my case I am convinced a woman in management at the site (Darina Ng). is the source of the payment problem. I have covered all this with the website, and what do I get back? Nothing pertinent to my problem - just a bunch of disclaimers. That is, if you can understand what the Chinese support workers are trying to say. This site should be avoided, unless you just want to waste time and money. It's a flim-flam operation.
