I RESPONDED TO AN ADVERT FOR A FREE SAMPLE OF FACE CREAM AND EYE CREAM THE ONLY CHARGE BEING POSTAGE OF £4.95. SO FARE THEY HAVE TAKEN A TOTAL OF £374.58 IN SUBSCRIPITION FEES OF WHICH I DID NOT SIGN UP TO. I CONTACTED THEM AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECIEVE A REFUND WHICH SO FAR HASN'T ARRIVED. THERE ARE SIMILAR CONPLAINTS ON THE INTERNET AND I AM CONCERNED I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME ADVICE ON THIS MATTER.
