I received a promotional offer in completing a survey for a well known reputable wholesale company. As a avid gym rat and bodybuilder I choose of my two free gifts one of them to be a supplement offered by a company called Biomuscle RX for the price of shipping and handleing you receive one month of two of their supplements. Sounded good It was made clear that once received If I did not want to continue I had 14 days to cancel or it would be automatically shipped and charged accordingly.
This was October 4th, 2016. On October 17th I sent a email to the company that was provided to me by a confirmation of my order that I had to date not received my product please cancel my account and no further charges to be assigned to my account.
I receive a email back stating they had received my email and gave me a confirmation of cancellation of my account. I further proceeded to call and speak with Anthony confirming the cancellation of my account and that it was within the 14 days even though I had never received my product and that no further charges were applied.
Low and behold 3 days later my CC was charged for two different orders plus shipping, and then again on October 31st was charged again.
My CC company alerted me to unusual charges and i cancelled my card and saw upon review the charges.
I contacted "Bio Muscle" I was told to call back that her computer just crashed, then I called another number for customer service provided and was hung up on. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor, as according to all three people according to their records no further charges had been applied since the 4th of October with the original order.
I told Gia that I had documentation of the charges as well as all correspondence between biomuscle and myself including the confirmation of the cancellation of my account 4 days before they charged me. She offered to reimburse me .30 on the dollar as a one time offer??? WTF
I said no not acceptable I would like full reimbursement of all charges $389.00 US to be exact.
I was put on hold while she went to get a supervisor .... 63 minuets on hold. No one ever returned I hung up. I had hoped to merge the phone call with them with the one I had going with my cc company who is investigating the charges.
I then called them again while I was on hold still and was hung up on again with denial of all accusations.

I contacted the company who's site I was on and that they promoted themselves through, to advise them of the unethical business. Total Scam
The unnamed company horrified and has their fraud department now investigating as well.
Whether the product actually works or not who knows!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BIOMUSCLE OR ANY RELATED BIO PRODUCTS WHAT SO EVER.

other then a major inconvenience as I have had to cancel my CC and waste 2 hours of my day dealing with less then ethical people I have the proof I needed to dispute the charges and they are being reversed.
