I 100% understood that I was getting two samples paying shipping handling only, through online advertisement. Too good to be true and I should have known better. Paid shipping 10/17/2016, received my "samples" of Neuphoric face complex serum and Reawaken eye cream. I will not rate the product here as it's not the place or my complaint. Oct. 31 2016 two additional charges on my account of $88.62 and $89.84 from the same company. I called to inform them that I did not approve these charges and much to my dismay I was not surprised by the response. I was told how clearly and openly the advertisement stated that I was actually signing up for the product, that I did not read the terms and conditions thoroughly enough (by Arianna), and the TRIAL period had passed therefore my money would not be refunded. I needed to cancel within those two weeks! Ha, so typical. I am the fool for sure. The "sample" products I believed I was trying Arianna stated were the actual product. Non returnable. Thats my complaint.
If I add more to that it would be the customer service as it seemed to me they are obviously prepared for calls such as mine. She answered my questions abruptly and disrespectfully by interrupting me before my thoughts and questions even came out of my mouth. My personal conclusion to this, I was blindsided. False advertisement. DON'T waste your money on the "samples". I wouldn't pay $5 for both. Your better off investing your hard earned cash in the right food choices. You are what you eat. Rest yourself, exercise, good attitude all goes a very long way in the longevity of our skin. Just my 2 cents!
