I found add regarding Valgomet and ordered based on the appealing description and favourable reviews. The add also promised to refund the amount if the product did not fulfill what was promised or if the customer decided to return it. The product seem overpriced, and surely it was following what happened. I wore the inserts 2 or max 3 times and one of the silicon tore off so it lost its function. I immediately contacted the support team and received answer after few days saying, that the matter was forwarded to 'the relevant department' and will be contacted via email as soon as my case is checked by the responsible team. Till this date nothing happened, not even an answer. Since then I sent 2 reminders and even tried to call to UK to a number listed on their website. It stated there that they answer 24/7 but when I called, the answer machine answered my call.

I checked other websites and wherever site I visit, each asks different amount for the same product. Please advice.
