Advert on Facebook described the following products as trail free samples. Ordered on the 11 October 16 paid £4.99 twice despite the items came in the same package. On the 24 October 16 £99.00 for RVTL anti aging cream, and £93.00 for Equinox Day and Night Serum was taken out of my bank account. Total cost of £202.00. I have been well and truly conned. Only yesterday did I look at the very small print at the end of the order receipt that 14 days later full payment would be taken out for both lots of item and a monthly order would be sent to me as well as taking the above payments out of my account on a monthly basis unless cancelled. I immediately rang them and cancelled the order from now on. I have also sent them an email but looking at it now I am not holding my breath. I have never used these products as I have development a skin allergy so am unable to use any form of cream. Totally conned and not happy!
