sent for 2 skincare products 0n free trial only to discover that if I did not return the products within 10 days I would be sent a further 2 products in 4 weeks which I would then be eligible for payment. when I received the goods I returned them the same day unopened to the required address in Cyprus. I have proof of postage. I then advised my bank to stop any further payments arc labs. to my dismay I received more product today 27/10/2016 and on checking my bank account discovered that £99 had been withdrawn on 10/10/2016. however the company named was not arc labs inc but a setup called ultraserum. pure scam. none of the phone numbers given on the invoice my answer calls.
