I ordered a "free trial offer" of "renaderm" and received two different products ... the "renaderm" cream and and an eye serum "nuriva" each one costing $4.95 and was also billed an additional $1.00 for "I don't know what".This was charged to my credit card on October 9, 2016. On October 26, 2016 I noticed an unauthorized charge on my account from the same company "Flores J Corp" in the amount of $99.15. I notified the credit card company and filed a fraudulent claim to my credit card and requested a new card. Additionally, I contacted the phone number on the "renaderm" jar ... 844-888-3832 on this date, October 26, 2016, around 9:30 p.m. PST and spoke to someone called "Jay" who listened to my complaints and after a long "discussion" Jay said that he would reverse the $1.00 fee and the $99.15 unauthorized charge and would send an email confirming the reversal of the fees. It is highly advisable should you be in this same situation that you change your credit card account regardless of any promise to be reimbursed. I do not want to be a member nor subscribe to any charges resulting from the receipt of the "trial offer."
