Do not make your reservation through reservation-desk.com--I wanted to modify my reservation by one day and even though the hotel had rooms--they would not allow me to change it. Completely INFLEXIBLE to deal with--you will only get "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do." When the hotel can't change its own reservations somethings broken.
Beware. Agent at website actually lied to me when he checked to see if room available one day earlier--I checked with hotel later and there were rooms.
