I wanted to try this cream for just the mailing fee. Unknown to me until one month later I was "automatically" signed up to receive this cream monthly. I saw 2 charges on my bank statement of 89.84 and 88.62 called my bank to find out this company is automatically charging my account. I called the company and they are rude, angry and demeaning. They told me if I did not read the small print is was too bad this is how it is. I told them I had not received their product and would return it was it was received and they again told me I am responsible for these monthly charges. At one point the rep I talked to wanted to reduce my charges 35% and when I spoke to his supervisor she would reduce my charges 25% and I said why wouldn't I get the original 35% and she replied since I didn't take it I was the loser. By the way this cream does NOTHING to improve your skin tone. It is a rip off and scam.
