Sept. 27th ordered trial of diet supplements for 5.97. I received these 2 bottles, but decided not to use them. On October 12th 2 payments of 92.97 were withdrawn from my bank account, leaving me in a negative position. Later, I received 2 envelopes which I have never opened containing the "order" that I supposedly agreed to. Today, October 25th I contacted the company and requested a refund. They cancelled my account, but refused to refund my money, even after I told them I would return all the items unopened and unused. I called the number back and the same operator answered and immediately hung up on me.
