My computer started flashing and making noises and warning me not to continue using..a phone # flashed and said to call to immediately...which I did.....and I followed through while they cleaned my computer...then I was told the cost would be $299 which then changed to $399 US; suddenly I had a form pop up on my screen re signing a document....which I did not sign but which showed up with my name on it and a pseudo signature.....now I am receiving many many phone calls telling me I need to add to the protection I have for a further cost of $100 US. I'm not sure what the heck I've done or what it all mean??????
