I bought a GreenBay Packer hoodie and towel on Sept 24, 2016 and as of today Oct 23, 2016 although I received an email on Sept 25, 2016 saying it was shipped. I sent aan inquiry on Oct 21, 2016 and they have not responded. My account has been charged 13.50.
