Ordered tee shirt. The size guide on site was not equal to the size of the shirt received (medium ridiculously small). The website states 100% satisfaction and exchanges available within 30 day period. I emailed them the day shirt arrived at the address noted on site, two times. No reply. When i filed complaint with paypal, I got such a rude reply and comment that their privacy policy clearly states no returns due to wrong sizes. It does NOT state this or anything about sizes. Only 100%'satisfaction and within 30 days. I had hoped to exchange for size Large. Terrible,terrible company and i am reading about other complaints
