i was billed 118.65 by Arrow Property Services for an electical technision to reset a breaker
further more he threatened to call a collection agency if i refused to pay .
it was a 12 hour wait for the service
i tried the breaker myself 3 times and nothing happened and they come at 9pm which only took them a second to do
i am not happy with the out come .
