Send for trial of $4.95. According to online information, told I had 15 days. Products arrived (5-days later) no instructions NOR billing/cancellation information. Checking Acct. was billed for product at full cost. Dishonest and fraudulent practices. Called Company (Zen beauty skin & Dermafi) - no resolution, in fact I was hung up on by the sales rep. (by both sales rep) nor was I transferred to a supervisor as I requested (Zen beauty skin).
