My mom has ordered this product from Bellavei.com. Apparently the product has not been registered to any of department in Indonesia and my mom has received a letter from immigration to pay another USD 200.00. She then returned the goods and eversince ceraglow.com still charging USD 10.00 to my mom's citibank. Now it has been going on for 3-4 months. Please help to stop charging the amount to my mom's CC. PLEASE HELP!!
