When trying to download
Microsoft Office 365 a scammer has placed a code on it to send error message on download and to call them which you believe is Microsoft. They then tell you your computer cannot use 365 and you need full version and charge you $250 to download it. They remote in, get all your passwords for all your programs, install 365 with your pass codes not the full version, and then download programs in your computer to retrieve all your personal information. Their company is called Vsupport. It happened to me and when talking to Microsoft and to Best Buy they say they are starting to get lots of calls on this. Geek Squad is now in cleaning up my computer. Please warn people.
