I received an Terms and Conditions Update of my PayPal account, the only thing is, I've NEVER set up a PayPal account, there was no account number on the letter and no phone number provided. I had to get a phone number from inforrmation. I spoke with Reannan at PayPal last night via phone and she did not even ask my name, just my SS#, phone number and date of birth. I told her I did not want to do that, she suggested I send the letter back, but the PO Box number on the letter and the one she gave me were different. This whole affair sounds very suspicious and my concern is they have my personal info: name, address, city and state.
