I saw an add on Instagram advertising Birkenstocks end of season sale for $50-$60. I jumped on the sale and ordered 2 pair.
When I received them they were too big and I wasn't really happy with the quality that lead me to believe they were not real.
The packaging label didn't leave much information on how to contact them. There was no (800) number. I went back through my internet searches and found the site where I ordered the shoes. The only way to contact them is through email. That should have told me they weren't legit.
I have emailed them 3 times and have gotten no response. I am asking for a full refund because the shoes are just cheap.
I am truly fed up and want my money back. I would like to know if there is any recourse on how to report them in addition to how I can get my money back.
