I had an order from our life that totalled £67.60 altogether but their was one item that was all damaged, so I sent this back which cost over £8 to return which I had to pay it's not refundable by the company, but I told them I did not want a replacement I wanted a full refund put back on the card that I made the payment with.
As of today 21st October 2016 I've not heard anything from them, no acknowledgement about anything .
I've tried looking for them on the different types of websites that has ourged life on them but I can either not find one or it is.
As like everyone that is a lot of money to me & I just want my money back, after all they have the goods irregardless of the state it was in everything was sent I completed the form as they asked repacked it amad sent to them. So now I justhink want my money back now .
