received a check for $7,990.00 saying do not cash until I call 6043620104. my tax amount would be $7,600.00 to be pid first. I was supposed to talk to a claims agent by the name of terry clark I received this in the mail yesterday. I am sur this is a scam.i did not do any thing I am just trying to find out if this is a scam I am sure it is
