My computer started making a noise saying my security was a risk and to call this Microsoft number. Called and a tech took control of my computer and told me a Koobface virus was on my computer and all my personal info was at risk...to fix it, it would cost 299 USD... i was then transferred to another guy with My Tech Bay who then fixed my computer and installed AVG cloud care and some pop up blockers. After i got off the phone and computer was working i checked my bank and my credit card got charged $405.07 Canadian. I googled this after i got on my computer and saw this. Do i need to cancel my card?
