on 10-11-2016 heard a knock on my door there was a woman she said her name was Kelis was wondering if i was the queen of the house. she said was going door to door asking if she can clean my house because she need points or credit to go to disenyland. Them she came back with two men named where he was the supervisor jean clade off Austin and kelis. they did a free demonstration on how the kirby avalir vacuum work. and i purchase on that same day but by the end of the day i had changed my mind so i decided to cancel my subscription and told i had three days to cancel from the day i had purchased the kirby avalir vacuum on 10-12-2016 but when i cancel i called the credit card consumers hotline 1-800-222-8237 and told me i had to sent it by certified mail but my post office had closed so on 10-13-2016 i went to the post office and sent it. and they got my canelcation on 10-18-2016. if you can help that will be great. thanks
