On September 16 I purchased from you 2 bathroom marble tops with built-in sinks: Orders: H6348-13562, and 13576. They look very good but are useless because the sinks do not have overflow holes like the ones you can find in your own home. Bathroom sinks without overflow holes are defective products. Your store manager and district complaint representative agreed with US Marble that the overflow holes are only provided if asked for. This means that I need to ask if I want to purchase a functional product and it is not incumbent upon you nor US Marble to provide such functional product. I was under the impression that I could rely on the seller/s to be experts and provide a fully functional product. Imagine little children or Alzheimer patients leaving the water running while the plunger is in the down position.
