I receive 3-4 calls a day from a company representing Twin Bluff Financial who claims I entered into a payday loan. I never enter into a payday loan nor received any money from Twin Bluff Financial. I repeatedly request documentation to support the claim but was rudely denied any additional information to resolve the mistake. I was told the sheriff would soon deliver a summons to appear in court so I requested this company to no longer contact me since its been decided to move forward. Keep in mind, I am not acknowledging ANY involvement in this scam nor have I accepted any money from this company or like company. If someone has resolved and found a way to obtain more information on their suppose indebtedness PLEASE post this information.
