I received a phone I took out a payday loan out that's been in collections for five years and if I didn't pay the 1900.00 today. Their filing the paper work to get me arrested today and I have to spend time in jail. Also I had to get a criminal defences lawyer. I offered a payment plan but their want to fill amount or spent jail time.
