won a holiday on a scratch card we had been given by a woman on the street, she said if we went to their offices we could claim it. they made buying the software very easy saying that we would have 10 free weeks to use. using the software is no good as nothing happens. have rang and e-mailed the company no reply. we are going back in march to Tenerife so I hope their office is still there and the sales team?
