After filling out the asked for info but before pushing the send button I called the non-800 number to make sure I was NOT going to be charged $19.95 per month for a year for one piece of information, I spent 8 minutes on the phone with the rep. before I made it clear enough to him I was willing to pay the $19.95, but only once, not every month for a year. With his assurance I would only be charged $19.95 if I canceled the same day by e-mail. I punched the proceed button. After about 12 minutes I was told to press cont. When the first page came on the screen I saw they had a house across the St. & at the other end. I called the number listed on the screen for on-line help. and was told they would have Andy get the right information to me in 30 minutes I typed I didn't have 30 minutes to wait. NO ans. I tried again, no ans. In about 5 more minutes I was told they were
only going to charge me a dollar for the WRONG REPORT & THANK YOU! My account was closed. When I tried to print out the last 3 communications it wouldn't print no matter how I tried it.
