The below $208 withdrawal on 10/4 is the latest in a series of UNAUTHORZED monthly ACH withdrawals from my checking account dating back to March 2016, perhaps further.
All told, Comenity Bank provided somebody the ability to scam me out of $1508, in $100 (1st withdrawal) then $200 increments, taken out monthly. I thought these were credit card or other payments set up by my spouse and she thought it was me. Turns out it was neither of us.
Notice how the last 4 account number digits change each month which helps the thieves cover their tracks since if you search your online account for any particular number it only shows up once.
