V tech hacked into my computer causing it to crash then posing as Microsoft using the official looking Microsoft logo which alerted me that there was a breach in my computer and that all of my identification was all open online and that I was at risk of even more severe damage to my laptop I needed to call the number right away which I did, and they stated they were a new security company through working forMicrosoft. They created panic I feel like such a fool I actually gave them $250 to repair my computer at which time they did bring my computer back up however they were never any firewall or virus protection provided by them. They called me on September 27, 2016 stating that they had to give me a refund of my money but they insisted that I get into my bank account and provide them with my account number and my Social Security and when I told him I was not going to do that the man I spoke with got angry and stated that I might as well go ahead and throw my laptop away because it was going to be of no use anymore. I contacted McAfee explain my situation today and they advised me that this was the result of a hacker. My question is who do I go to to get restitution?
