just got my statement from credit card, saw charge , called them today to cancel. to add insult to injury they shipped another shipment on 10/09/2016 and I was told I have to pay for that shipment also, though I have not received it yet. I am livid to say the least. when I ordered it I could not access their terms on line, so Ashley today told me there must have been something wrong with my computer. I also cannot return the product I have not received yet. they tried to offer me discounts, cant believe it! I said thank you and hung up. they called me back! I told them to shove their discount and not call me again. told them I would go on the internet to let the public know what they were doing. I'm so pissed.
