Saw a product advertised and decided to try it the first part of August. When I received the product there was no shipping info or documentation that normally comes with a product in the event you want to return it. While paying my bills in September I noticed there was another charge on my account. The only way I was able to call is because there was a phone number on my credit statement, otherwise I would have been out of luck. I contacted my credit card carrier and notified them and they stopped that payment. I then contacted the company (1-866-315-2804) and they assured me that there would be no charge and the account was cancelled. I checked my account again for October and you guessed it, the charge was back on my account. I again contacted the company and this time was told that since I cancelled I would be charged the full amount for the trial that I received. I explained my frustration and the lack of packing info received. The customer service rep constantly referred to the terms and agreement. I informed her that legitimate companies normally include a packing slip that gives information for returning unwanted products but theirs did not. Again she referred to the terms and agreement. I asked for a return address and was given....FDC Returns, POBox 61553, Savannah, GA 31420. I will be returning this product with a letter requesting reimbursement but I may have to chalk this one up to being SCAMMED. There is a possibility that they will state I should have returned it withing 30 days but not receiving shipping info in the package, that was somewhat impossible. My credit card carrier assured me that there will be no more charges from this company since I notified them. I will check my November statement and if I have to I will cancel the card.
