I unwittingly responded to an online ad for free samples of beauty products -- which I received two products Cellvia and Hydrolux and I paid for shipping.
Today I receive invoices for each product $98.27 and $98.65. I phoned immediately and was informed my 14 day trial was over on Oct. 6 (I was completely unaware of a trial period). The invoices were sent at 12:45 and 2:00 a.m. on Oct. 7. I was informed that the transactions could not be cancelled as I was over the 14 day limit. It sounds like they will continue to send these products monthly unless I phone within a time limit to cancel. Please advise.
