Aug 25, 2016, I ordered HGTV Design and Remodeling DVD. They confirmed and later said they'd shipped to a PO Box in Tucson, AZ which was the wrong address. They sent a confirmation Sept 8, 2016 saying they'd mailed by USPO to the right address in Tucson. Sept 27, 2016 it had not arrived and they sent another confirmation # saying they had shipped by UPS and it would arrive in 2-3 days. Oct 4, 2016, nothing has arrived. I went to the post office and asked to find out what happened to the 1st shipment and the post office zip they'd sent it to does not even have post office boxes. I can't believe three DVD's could have disappeared during shipment. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they are handling it now.
